Danielle Hanson is a Broker Associate, real estate leader, investor, and industry advocate with more than two decades of experience serving South Florida.

Throughout her career, Danielle has built a reputation around something that matters deeply to her: helping people succeed in real estate. That includes the clients who trust her with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and the agents she has had the opportunity to lead and mentor.

With more than 22 years in the industry, Danielle brings extensive experience in residential sales, negotiation, market strategy, client advocacy, and real estate investment. Her career has included more than 100 closed transactions and years of serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout South Florida.

As a proud Jamaican, Danielle maintains close ties to the island and has a deep personal and professional connection to Jamaica. Her interest in real estate extends beyond South Florida, including investments and opportunities connected to the island she continues to value so deeply. This connection reflects her broader vision of real estate as a pathway to ownership, financial growth, and generational opportunity.

Her impact extends well beyond her personal production.

Danielle’s leadership within the South Florida real estate community has developed over years of service. She served as Secretary of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Broward Network in 2019 and 2020, eventually rising to serve as President in 2022. Her involvement continued through the broader REALTOR® community, including serving as a Governor of the Broward-MIAMI Board of Governors in 2023 and 2024.

Today, Danielle serves as Office Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Partners SW in Pembroke Pines, where she works with agents at different stages of their careers to strengthen their businesses, develop their skills, and find sustainable paths to growth. Her leadership reflects years spent inside the business herself, giving her a practical understanding of what agents actually face in the field.

Danielle is also proud to work alongside her son, Justin, who serves as a Buyers Agent on her team. Their professional partnership is an extension of Danielle’s commitment to building a strong, service-driven real estate business and creating opportunities for the next generation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending meaningful time with her children cherishing the family and relationships that remain at the heart of her life.

Danielle also holds the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement and PMN (Performance Management Network) designation, further reflecting her commitment to professionalism and continued leadership within the industry.
